Before sending back your player, you are advised to seek for help in the forum first. Some problems can be solved at the end-user side.
Special Care Service
On top of the manufacturer warranty, you may spend $10 to get special care service for your return. We guarantee to fix your player within 2 weeks from arrival date. Under this special care service, we would further inspect your return player and decide whether the player should be returned to the closest repair centre, factory or any third party repair agency to get your player fixed at the soonest.
