Return for replacement

Most products are covered by a dead-on-arrival (DOA) replacement.  In these cases, if your purchase shows a warranty defect within five days, and as long as a product is still in new condition, we will simply swap it for a brand new unit.  

Return for refund

All returns must be initiated within five days of receipt and the products must be in perfect condition. Shipping fee is non-refundable. Minimum 15% restocking fee on all returns in perfect condition and minimum 30% restocking fee on all returns in inferior condition. Software (opened or unopened) is not returnable.
