Warranty Period
Most products are covered by a one-year manufacturer warranty, except where noted. Since this warranty may or may not be covered by your local authorized service center (few products have local warranties, like Apple iPods.), the manufacturer’s warranty on most of our products is supplemented by our RMA service.
Except where noted, your purchase includes our RMA service. If your item requires service, we bear the shipping fee to return the items to you.
Important Disclaimers
Portable Mall Singapore acts only as a conduit to the warranty provider in its execution of its RMA service; in any of, but not limited to, the following events, warranty providers will not repair free of charge: physical damage, dropping, spillage, electric shock, etc. The warranty provider will act at their own discretion in these matters and Portable Mall Singapore is not responsible for their decisions. The warranty provider is the final arbiter of all disputes and will charge for all repairs if they deem that any event that voided the warranty provider’s warranty had occurred.
Also, Portable Mall Singapore acts as only a middleman to further forward the returned items to the manufacturer. The repair period is entirely decided by the manufacturer and Portable Mall Singapore has no power on affecting this repair period.
LCD Display Pixel Policy
During the LCD Monitor manufacturing process, it is not uncommon for one or more pixels to become fixed in an unchanging state. The visible result is a fixed pixel that appears as an extremely tiny dark or bright discolored dot. In almost every case, these fixed pixels are hard to see and do not detract from display quality or usability. A display with 1 to 5 bright or dark dots is considered normal and within industry standards. A manufacturer doesn’t consider less than 6 bright or dark dots to be defective and will not be replaced under warranty.
